What we collect
When you book a demo we collect your name, mobile number, and optionally your email, city, trading experience and the markets you're interested in. We also record which advertisement or link brought you to us (for example a Facebook or Instagram ad).
Why we collect it
Only to contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about Trade Connector's trading software and to arrange your demo. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Who processes it
Your details are stored on our own server. We use service providers to run the business: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for advertising and measuring ad results, and a WhatsApp notification service that alerts our team when a new request arrives.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or at most 24 months after our last contact with you.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email algosoftwaredevelopment@gmail.com and we'll act on it within 7 days.
